At Love Notes LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review our policy below:

• Returns: We gladly accept returns. The buyer must contact us via email within 3 days of delivery. Items must be shipped back within 5 days of delivery.
• Exchanges and Cancellations: We do not accept exchanges or cancellations. All sales are final.
• Custom or Personalized Orders: These items cannot be returned.

Conditions of Return:

• Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• If the item is not returned in its original condition, or not received within the return period, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
